MCXI, LLC (hereafter “MCXI”, “us”, “we”, “The Company”) owns and provides services and materials, both tangible and software (Site, Services), available to the public through its website and other channels. MCXI respects the privacy of the User (hereafter “you”, User”). The objective of this privacy policy is to let you know of the following:

  • Who is collecting your data;

  • With whom the data may be shared;

We collect user data which is non-personally identifiable information i.e. information that, by itself, cannot be tracked to a specific individual. We may collect non-personally identifiable information while User uses the Site.

We may use it to enhance your experience using and to generally improve the Site. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is any piece of information that can be traced back to a specific individual user and so might be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate that specific individual. When you use various services or features on the Site, we may ask you to provide PII. For example, when you choose to register at the Site, you may be asked to provide, among other details, your name, email address, password and/or username, and if you choose to use other services on the Site, you may be asked to provide additional information, such as your street and/or mailing address, gender, credit card, name, telephone number, and age.

MCXI will not knowingly share PII with third parties except as set forth in our Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use. We may share information with future successors and/or assigns. We may also share PII with third parties who provide us with administrative services, such as, but not limited to, authorization of credit card and check transactions, order fulfillment, contest administration and fulfillment, and co-branded or joint product and service promotions. We may also share your information with service providers who warehouse product, personalize product and perform order fulfillment services. These service providers are granted access to some or all of your personal information only as is and to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us. By providing MCXI with your email address you consent to our using such email address to send you notices in lieu of postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including changes to MCXI’s features and special offers. You may opt out of certain notifications by changing your account settings or by sending an email to our email address. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or special offers. You may not opt out of certain types of notices, including but not limited to announcements regarding certain products, support of the Site and other notices as may be required by law. If you or we have provided any third party with your information, you will have to contact such third-party directly with opt-out requests.

For any users of the Site or the products who are under the age of 13, MCXI requires parent or guardian permission before we will collect any PII. Currently, registration on the Site requires parent or guardian of a child to provide non-personally identifiable and PII to the Site. Nonetheless, you may request your account be removed from our system at any time. Since the information that we are collecting may be for a child under the age of 13, therefore by using our Site or products, or by registering on our site, you expressly consent to MCXI handling and storing information about your child. We will maintain your account in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and any applicable laws at all times. We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. Be aware, however, that the Internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. We cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet, and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure of such information. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. You also acknowledge that many portions of the Site are password protected. Do not share your passwords with anyone. You are solely responsible for any actions taken on the Site under your account. Before disclosing child-specific information, we may verify your identity through means such as the following: obtaining a signed form from you via postal mail or fax, receiving an email from you accompanied by your digital signature, or receiving an email from you combined with a unique identifier such as a password. If you choose to identify yourself or your child on any social media platform, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc, then MCXI cannot be held liable under any conditions.

MCXI may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so you should review this page periodically. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy with respect to how we collect and use your personal information, we will provide at least 30 days’ prior written notice to you by email to the email address specified in your account so that you have sufficient time to evaluate the change before the change takes effect. You are responsible for ensuring that we have an up-to-date, active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
