We collect user data which is non-personally identifiable information i.e. information that, by itself, cannot be tracked to a specific individual. Examples include, but are not limited to, log files, web beacons, type of internet browser being used by User, the type of computer operating system, IP address, time and date of User’s use of the Site, and whether or not you clicked on hypertext links within the Site. We may collect non-personally identifiable information while User uses the Site.
We may use the non-personally identifiable information to generate user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners. By providing MCXI with your email address you consent to our using such email address to send you notices in lieu of postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including changes to MCXI’s features and special offers. You may opt out of certain notifications by changing your account settings or by sending an email to our email address. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or special offers. You may not opt out of certain types of notices, including but not limited to announcements regarding certain products, support of the Site and other notices as may be required by law. If you or we have provided any third party with your information, you will have to contact such third-party directly with opt-out requests.

If you choose to identify yourself or your child on any social media platform, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc, then MCXI cannot be held liable under any conditions.
